Gakaxy S10+ Live caption for phone call doesn't work

I have already turned on the live caption in Galaxy S10+. I can view the caption box in video, but the caption box doesn't show up when phone call. Why?

It's android 11, One UI 3.1

You may want to first update your software. The S10+ should be running Android 12/ OneUI 4.1.

Oh... samsung does provide these updates for S10+. Trying to update and see if it works.

Can go to settings>apps go down the list to live transcribe and tap that>storage clear its data and force stop it and see if ok otherwise in same settings instead of storage clear upper right corner tap 3 dots and uninstall the update see if it works
