I have a customer that has updated to 6.x recently. Since then, Google Play Store has stopped allowing downloads when on WiFi. Downloads work via mobile data, but when WiFi is turned on, Play Store will indicate a download pending but no download. We have cleared the cache for all apps, cleared the app data, tried to wipe the cache partition (it now asks to confirm Yes or No???), removed and readded the WiFi network, and put into Safe Mode. Nothing will allow Play Store to download any apps. Even updating apps are not being allowed when WiFi is on. I can't find out how to uninstall Play Store updates in case there is an PS update issue. Customer is on Sprint.

We have not FDR'd the device yet but I have prepared the customer for that possibility.

Any known issues with Marshmallow and Play Store over WiFi?
