Galaxy 2 10.1 deleted email keeps coming back

I set my mom up with this tablet as it was so easy to use. Her email is a problem (uses comcast.net). She deletes all unwanted emails then a couple minutes later they all pop back in. We don't have this problem on ours (use gmail). Any ideas on how to stop the problem? She does not want to change emails because of listings in club directories etc. thanks!

Is she using an app or going on the mobile site? It might be an issue with Comcast.
