Galaxy 3 filled up in 24 hours with No programs or Pictures added

My phone filled up overnight and I am unable to send or receive text or sync with my email-
I unloaded 300 plus pictures- 16 videos, cleaned my cache and tried the *#9900# solution- Still is showing that I have less than 5.87mb open-
Any thoughts?
