Verizon Galaxy S8 Galaxy 8+ apps jump from screen to screen

Why do my apps on the Galaxy 8+ jump from screen to screen? I will look for example the Gallery and it will be on the third page of apps. I always keep the Gallery on the home screen. I have this happen several times a week. Please tell me something to do OR not do. Many thanks

Lol I've had the same issue. Wondering if we accidentally touch the screen and mpve apps when putting phone away in a pocket or holding while doing other things
