Question Galaxy A20s Unable to Turn Off Emergency Alerts

Hi, I've disabled all of the sliders for Wireless Emergency Alerts, yet they still occur. Even the common AMBER alert ones.
I'm looking to either silence them or disable them entirely. Can't find a similar issue online so decided to post here.

If there's any other information you need, please ask

You disabled the main slider all the way to the top?

I think even when disabled it probably goes through

My A20s does not have the main Allow Alerts toggle on the Wireless Emergency Alerts page.
My software is showing as up to date too.

The page just shows the toggle settings for Extreme/Severe/AMBER/Test alerts, the Emergency Alert History, an Alert Reminder that is currently set to Never, and toggle settings for Vibration and Speak Alert Messages.

I have all alerts toggled to off, Alert Reminder set to Never, and Speak Alert Message set to off. I've had the vibration toggle off, but am now turning it on to see if it can somehow mute the next alert.

Do some Android models have the feature to turn off Wireless Emergency Alerts?
Or it's impossible to silence emergency alerts on any Android phone?

I am able to turn them off. I have a factory unlocked Samsung S24 Ultra.

Like in my screenshot it looks like you can disable them but best to reach out to your mobile carrier and see what they say.
