galaxy A3 cracked LCD please help advice
hi all my daughter recorded a video yesterday and when she watched it back she noticed a line trough the playback, after a while half the screen went green and shut down (black), I took it back to the shop where we bought it second hand (captain cash 6 weeks ago at a grade A state, no cracks dents etc)from and they said there was a crack about half inch long on the LCD, the front glass is not broken ,cracked or anything, my daughter said she hadn't dropped it and there is no marks on the phone to say she had.
can the person that looked at the phone, have done this as she was out of sight for about 10 minutes then can back and said there was a crack under the screen.
my wife and her friend said they looked at it before and this wasn't there.
can anyone explain how this could have happened.
also my daughter keeps the phone in her back pocket?
also how much do they cost to repair.
