Galaxy A5 2017 camera stopped working

I have a custom recovery(TWRP) my camera and some apps(Snapchat, ...) stopped working. I tried a factory reset but that didn't fix the problem. Do I need to uninstall TWRP? And if I need to do that how can I uninstall it?
