galaxy a5 is not starting up

[Android Central Question]

A5 does not start up anymore.
volume down-power and home leads to a screen with: Warning, a custom OS can cause critical problems in phona and installed applications.
If you want to load custom OS press the volume up key.
Otherwise press the volume down key to cancel.

Tried the volume down option but without success.
