Galaxy a9+ question

I just ordered the galaxy a9+ and want to know if I can transfer my stuff from the s6 lite to the a9+ using smartswitch like I did from my s21 ultra to my S24 ultra?

Yup, should still be available. Just like before, however, app data isn't transferred (so logins will have to be re-logged in, data saves that aren't cloud or manually synced won't port over, etc.). And, obviously, any settings that don't apply to the new model won't port over.
