Am facing a problem with my new Samsung Galaxy Ace Gt-S5830i. Last day I connected the phone to my PC and accessed the files as a storage device. Then after my phone got something wrong. Now the USB device feature is not working. When connect to the PC it shows unknown device. Also the mobile is not showing Pc connection options. Then after, if I plug my mobile for charging and disconnects it , still it will notify charging. Even the battery status icon shows charging process. Also the status in the setting shows charging as well. I had done factory reset 2 times but couldn't fix it. Can anyone point me what would be the issue ad what is the resolution.
