Galaxy Bud Won't Fully Charge

I got my Galaxy Buds with my S10+ yesterday afternoon and charged them via cable in their case overnight. Went to the gym today and when I paired them to my phone the battery percentage for the left bud was at 100% and the right bud was at 60%. I thought that was weird but figured maybe the case was low so the right bud didn't have time to fully charge. Well I've been charging my buds now for over 5 hours and the right bud has been at 75% for the last 2 hours.

Anyone else having issues with their buds not charging fully and/or not at all?

I haven't heard any issues, maybe try and make sure the right one is seated properly? I'm sure Samsung would swap them out for you no problem, their customer service is quite good.

I have the same issue here, just recieved my buds today and my right bud seems to be draining battery abnormally and won't charge beyond 95%. My left bud is still at 85% after all this time. Right bud keeps giving up after 10 mins, this is so frustrating.

I have same problem. First the charging case never gets green its always red and i dont know how long to charge it. 2nd the left galaxy buds easily draining compared to the right one.. I hope it can be fixed

Same thing here. Just go to....

-About earbuds
-Reset buds

.....that will clear whatever problem you have with them. I've done it a few times already though. Not sure if the bugs are within the phone or the buds themselves.

I have tried resetting it, clearing my data, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. My right earbud still maxes out at 95% and they disconnect very often within my pocket when I am walking outside...

Edit: After doing it twice, it worked, but I still have stability issues...
Edit 2: not even an hour later, when I opened my case to check if it actually did fix, it didn't, it's at 95% max again...

Is anyone having charging issues with their buds? My ones dont charge when the case is closed, the case charges but buds dont, I've to charge them with the case open. Which works. But is that the correct way?

Have you updated the buds fw via the wearable app? The last update or maybe the one before that resolved the uneven charge issue for me.
