Anyone got any updates on things that may work short of a full replacement? I've got two pairs doing the same thing and all Samsung told me was to reset them in the app but there's no option to reset them in mine
I bought my Galaxy Buds from Amazon, so I called them, and they sent me a new pair, and they are perfect. I thought it was going to be 4-6 weeks, but they showed up yesterday (4 days later). They gave me the option of keeping the old ones till I got the new ones, where Samsung wanted me to send the old ones back before the new ones arrived.I actually called tech support. After waiting for 30 min they ran a few tests and they are gonna swap them out. I have NO sound nor connectivity at all to the left unit. Took an hour to deal with all this with Samsung but hopefully will have a new pair soon
