Is your sound low because if so I can help.you make it louder. I know for a lot of people the sound was really soft by default for them. If you need help let me know and I'll show you how. You have to change things in the buds settings.

It's been hit-or-miss for me as well. A lot of my double taps register as singles.

my experience has been similar. so I'm trying to learn the correct tap speed.. it seems to work better when I tap a little slower and use the full pad of my finger

I too bought these buds and have had no sound issues as of yet. I'm using poweramp V3. As for the two and three taps to change tracks I do find it can be hit and miss.
