Since i got my buds pre ordering my S21 maybe im on the wrong forum ...

but here we go ..

my first buds were the 2nd edition before the buds plus, and wearing on both ears the whole day one at the time with no issue at all, nothing to complain

since i started using the buds pro have been a pain, the right ear get irritated every time i put the earpiece on and the left side just fall to the desk/floor after two min of use ..

.. i called samsung after i found this article online https://www.sammobile.com/news/are-you-experiencing-ear-inflammation-because-of-galaxy-buds-pro/ but after a few costumer service representatives try to see if i can exchange my buds pro for the live (cheaper one) i only got some extra rubber tips ..

i hope this issue grow to the point of some recall before reach the court (action class lawsuit)

I got the buds live from the galaxy buds pro's and couldn't be happier. Zero discomfort from DAY ONE C

Actually the pros have been the most comfortable set of Galaxy buds I've owned. I had the 1st and 2nd generation buds and had nothing but problems with both sets. Comfort wise, and both had one of the buds stop working after a short period of time.

So you changed the pro for the live??
Yes,as far as comfort and sound quality was concerned. Really good battery life too and don't even notice your wearing them after a while until they beep to indicate they need recharged.

I was having the same issue! The inside of my ears were all red and inflamed. I thought it was because of allergies but then also ran across a few articles on the Samsung Members app so I reached out to Samsung on Facebook messenger and they created a case number and gave me a phone number to call. I called and they sent me a box overnight shipping for me to mail them back the buds pro. They asked if I wanted a replacement or refund and I opted for a refund. I sent the buds back last week and they said it would take 7-10 days to hear about the refund via email. Since then I went with the Galaxy Buds Live and I actually like them much more than the Pros. They just lay in your ear but don't actually go inside your ear canal. You can also get them brand new on eBay for $80ish, much cheaper than the Pro's.

I originally bought the buds live because my buds+ were irritating my ears and I was getting ear infections. I gave them to my husband. I love the love. My ears are weird so the left one falls out all the time, but I had the same issue with buds+ and other buds I have had before them. I think it is my ear shape. But other than that I do love them. I use them to speak to my mum as she can't hear me properly with the speakerphone.

I've had the Buds, Buds+ and now the Buds Pro. While the Buds Pro have the best sound quality and battery of the three, they are by far the least comfortable in my ears. I've toyed around with the tip sizes and have stuck with the medium tips. The inside of my ears do get irritated occasionally.

My problem is that samsung gave us store credit for pre order the s21 plus another discount, so if i return the Pro i will not get any refund as is, in my case we need to work around a solution

After 3 weeks since they received my earpiece only contacted me asking for my ear picture... Then silence. No refund no exchange no nothing yet

Same issue here, I had the normal ear buds and have experienced several ear infections during the past 15 months that I was using them.
Replaced recently with the buds live, so far so good.

Buds Pro does not have the best battery of the 3. Buds + last over 10 hours on one charge

Yes, you're right. I wasn't factoring in that I don't use the ANC on my Buds Pros, so they last longer than the Buds + I have.

Buds+ battery probably lasts longer because there's zero bass and bass eats up the most power lol.

I finally got my refund from Samsung, was like pulling teeth but it finally happened. It took a few days shy of 2 months. 🙄
