Did anyone who ordered through AT&T get their order cancelled? I just received the message. Not only that but now they are out of stock lol. Their customer service is a joke they couldn't tell me why it happened and said sorry they're out of stock now.

"Status: CANCELED

We couldn't verify this order 22-239207716156874 really came from you. For your security, we canceled it. Don't worry, we'll release any funds being held on your card. "

I spent 2 hours on the phone with them and they didn't do a single thing for me. They could not explain why it was cancelled and they could not place another order because they are sold out, or give me any type of discount for a future order when they do come back in stock. Absolutely ridiculous.

Am i the only who got rejected? i sent the wrong receipt twice which was my mistake... finally got the right receipt but had to submit it manually... did this on March 13 and havent heard back from them since as far as getting an approval... been calling everyday but its the same story...they have a bunch of submissions to go through so there is a delay and they will check mines soon... ya right smh

I was going to ask about that, I haven't seen many reviews regarding using these for working out. Are they not really meant for that? I workout pretty hard, daily and would want to use them.

I don't sweat a lot so that won't be a problem.

No problem at the gym. Then again, Its not summer and I'm not full sweat either! Also, I think I may have to put on the smaller tips since these medium ones kept coming out of my ears ever so slightly when I lift or move too much.

Mine has gone back and forth between March 25th and April 1st. It's currently on March 25th, but like you, I'm skeptical. I really hope they do ship today, though.

Although AT&T site will say that the Buds aren't available at the stores I went in to my local store and sure enough they had them at the 25% off price.

So far I like them, they are a little too noise cancelling for my liking but maybe I can fix that with swapping out to the smaller ear pieces. I prefer to not to have that muffled feeling, I like when I can hear my surroundings. Overall very sleek and loving the black color.

If the medium tips are allowing the buds to loosen or come out you'll want to move to the larger size, not the smaller.

The smaller ones allow me to go in deeper creating a better seal. The bigger ones won't stay in and create the seal needed.

Got mines today. Tested it out at the gym, thankfully it didnt fall out (since I've been hit and miss with certain ones).

Turned off touch since I kept accidentally pressing it (im so used to pressing it to make sure its in).

So far i'm liking it.

my delivery date from Samsung was the 8th or the 14 just got the email yesterday 3/29 that a shipping label was created and should arrive by the 4/4 hopfuly sooner guessing they will ship out Monday
