Galaxy grand prime conference call on hold how to get it back
Yes as ridiculous as this sounds, I was taking in a conference call, suddenly the call went silent, I'm looking at the phone screen and in the upper right hand corner it says "hold" so somehow my phone got placed on hold. How do I get the call back? Preessing hold does nothing, the phone says "conference call" I have "add call, extra volume, bluetooth, speaker, keypad, and mute" no "hold" so the other two people are taking but how the the world do I get the call back? How do I turn off hold?
