I was unlocked and rooted, and was very nervous each time the Verizon tech rebooted my phone (8 times). I know the tech saw the unlocked icon, but apperently she did not know what it was, because she never mentioned it. After teaching the tech how to force 3g only, what all gray bars ment, and how to navigate the phones user interface they finally took my advice and gave me a new sim card and reprovisioned the phone. I walked out happy with a GN that works way better than the day i bought it.
