Galaxy Nexus getting ridiculously hot

Recently my galaxy nexus has been getting very hot around the back camera area and near the ear piece and front facing camera. I have tried underclocking the cpu even but that does not make a difference at all. Is usually gets hot after mild use sch as Web surfing or watching YouTube videos. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

That is where the radios are. Depending on strength it will get warm. I've had mine up to 135. The battery stops charging at 120 and will start charging again at 110.
