Galaxy Nexus>Htc One X!

Sense is bloatware to me, as is TW and anything OEM's add that I can't remove without rooting or disable without causing problems.
We'll see about the SGS3...if not, I'll wait for the Nexus 4 to upgrade from my GNex.

I can tell you for a fact that the s3 will have touch wiz.

My wants n needs are mine...no matter the specs or features of another phone.

This is what it comes down to, but I think a lot of people don't really understand their needs and make sweeping generalizations. How this thread started is a good example.

Yea you need more powerful hardware to run sense. Its just too heavy. I'll take aosp over sense any day.

Not even a chance to go with the Nexus..I for one will NEVER EVER spend my hard earned money on a Samsung product. The phone maybe a couple of seconds faster, however, Samsungs product support stinks, Radios stink, GPS stinks, build quality stinks and call quality is subpar..

I find it hard to believe that the average non-game applications are 20-30mb. I'd wager that the average application size is probably under 5mb. (talking specifically non-game apps)

Also, good luck getting a phone to run stable managing that many apps.

They may start as 5-10mb apps but data can build up. If I am not checking it Facebook has gotten to 30mbs on my phone very quickly with most of that in data. Other apps do the same thing.

Yeah, but my point from earlier was that with having 2gigs for app space (as the One X has), PLUS allowing the apps that will allow to be installed to the SD partition still allows for a lot of apps to be installed on the phone. I don't see how the One X is being very limiting to the amount of apps that can be installed compared to the Galaxy Nexus. Sure the GN allows for all the 32gig of space to install apps, but the One X just does it a bit differently and relies more on apps2sd if one wants to install more than 2gigs worth of apps. Large games install most of their data to the sd partition if there is one anyway.

My Nexus S only has a 1 gig partition for apps and it has allowed me to install quite a few apps without even having to move them to the sd partitioned space.

And when it comes down to it, apart from say games, does one actually use gigs of space for apps? How many and what apps are we talking about?
