Watched a you tube of a ps3 controller plugging directly to a 10.1 2014 with just a mini USB to reg USB adapter. Anyone tried this? Is this the best setup? Wondering if it will work with most games. Gta San andreas? And feedback is appreciated

Yes works like a charm... Just plug it in and hold the ps button for 3 seconds and your good to go enjoy

Tablet is supposedly supporting "other" USB devices too..... One just needs a "On The Go" (OGT) adapter to connect with.... OTG is USB micro male to tablet with standard USB female on other end for USB "device".... Prices start at about $1.50 for adapter cable on Amazon and E-bray.... With free shipping.... Waiting patiently (not) for mine to arrive in mail...

Seems like tablet may support keyboards, game controllers, flash memory drive maybe more... Might need some USB utility apps to make some things work, but that is part of the adventure....

I am a long time, hard core "GAMER" and I use the Mogo Pro Power wireless bluetooth gaming controller for my tablet and phone. The Moga series of bluetooth gamepads work well but not with all games however. I just insist on being wireless when playing so I don't use my PS3 or Xbox 360 controllers, although I did see a hack once that would even allow you to use them both wirelessly, so it is possible.

If you go to the Mogo website it will at least show you all the compatible Android games so you can decide if their devices are right for you. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reples. Another question, if the ps3 controller plugs into to mini usb then I'm assuming it drains the tablet battery even faster than normal and if a charge is needed then the controller would have to be unplugged to charge the tablet?
