Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 with cyanogenmod, note features ported?

I was just wondering, can you have a custom rom for the galaxy note but somehow get the s pen note features such as air command and also multi window back?

As far as i was aware you cant have custom roms on the GN 10.1 14, and if they did you would not get the other features as they are a part of touchwiz
