Galaxy Note 10.1: black or white?

After I saw a demo last Xmas of both a white GN 10.1 and black GN 10.1 side by side the Samsung demo guy pointed out two things. Side by side the white screen looked brighter (it's an optical illusion) simply because of the white surround, also pointed out that the white one showed up finger prints less than on a black one. So although I considered getting the black version his demonstration convinced me to buy the white version, I don't have any regrets.

I bought the black version. I do not like glare or bright colors anywhere around the screen, for me it has a very negative effect in viewing the screen. Therefore for this device, computer monitors, and televisions, I have always chose black and preferrably a flat black trim.

I went with the black too and I really like it much better than the white. It really has a premium feel to it.

I suggest NOT using Windex on electronics. Will ruin them. I use my eyeglass cleaner. Perfect!
Windex is the worse thing you can use
