Galaxy note 2 help

I bought the Galaxy note 2 from a third party seller. It is the international Unlocked model. I have AT&T and it works perfectly fine. My problem is, that since the phone is not from AT&T, I cannot get 4G LTE. All i get is hspa, or (H+). Am I missing a special ROM that AT&T has installed in their phones that i need to install as well?? I dont know what to do. please help. I want to be able to use the 4G LTE. H+ is semi fast, but nowhere near as fast as LTE.

The International version does not have lte.
