Today I got the update for my galaxy note 2, and started the download leaving my phone connected to wifi, when I got back there was not downloader/installer or anything so I just assumed it was finshed and that I had to restart the phone to get the features. Now it says ive updated to 4.1.1 but I have none of the features and when I go into running applications I can see the software downloader stuck but I can't force stop it. Anyone know how to fix this?
