galaxy note 3 neo's camera processinv problem

Heyyy...
I've just got my new galaxy note 3 neo
N I have a problem with the camera
The camera load pretty fast but whenver I click the photos, it gives me a processing screen (which a kind of messagebox without buttons)
That processing screen helds for about 1 second only but its annoying
Can Anyone help
Details:
The problem is specific with "No effects" option
While with other options like "greyscale" "sepia" "vignette" etc.. , the processing screen does not appear

Check if it's in HDR mode. HDR is usually not compatible with color effects.

Smart Stabilisation in the camera settings usually does this but not in ideal daylight conditions. It will process low light or difficult images only so I leave it set on my regular Note 3.

So that's how it works? Go figure why I didn't notice any difference when I tried it out.

I got it third hand from our camera guru's. I think it might play up on some phones though, and work all the time when it should be automatic.
