Remember new note owners to go to play store and find Samsung keyboard note 3. Download the update or your pen will not work for messaging. Only typing does out of box so far.

Downloaded the new keyboard and also checked handwriting mode in settings it's still not working any suggestions?

If I'm not wrong many people have problems with this feature. You just have to set your date back and try again (it's a bug).

The app descriptions states that you need to restart the phone after updating. Maybe that's the problem.

Yeap you have to restart the phone and it's working fine now.
