Hello everyone.I already have my Note 3 N9005 for 2 years and a half and I didn't had a SINGLE problem with it except...one morning I woke up and noticed my phone is turned off.Tried to turn it back on but no sign of life in it, I got scared a bit and pulled the battery right away, put it back in and the device turned on just like before.Do I have to worry about this or does it happens from time to time? Is my device in danger? Please guys help me, I really love my phone and I don't wanna lose it.Thank you a lot!!

Don't know what would cause something like that, but I would take it as a red flag and back up any data you care about. The next time it happens, it might be too late.

But why are you saying that? You don't know what caused it, but you assume that my device will soon die.

No, they are giving you wise advice.... They never stated cause, just preventative resolution..... You know being proactive😬

The thing is, I ALWAYS back up everything I have in my phones, my real worry is about losing the phone...

I never said your device is going to die. Did you "assume" I meant that?

Well good for you! Next time I'll use my crystal ball so I'll already "know" you back everything up!

Sheesh... try to help someone and get my head bitten off!

My fellow Android lover, you told me to backup everything, but I never asked you what should I DO if my device behaved like this.I only wanted to know if my device is going to suffer some kind of damage anytime soon.Your answer sounded like it was something serious and that's why I assumed you wanted to tell me that my device will die.("The next time it happens, it might be too late.").

You know, no one here can read minds. What you posted sounded like a serious problem to me. You woke up, phone was turned off... tried to turn it back on but no sign of life. This is NOT normal for a phone in good working order, nor should it happen "from time to time". The first thing I thought about was you possibly losing your data. Losing data is something many people here go through daily. All you have to do is spend time reading the forums and you'll see it. Sad but true, there are hundreds, if not thousands, of people here on this very forum that don't bother to back up any of their data. I see it ALL the time and they have no recourse to fall back on. This is why my response was to advise you to back up your data because if it is actually a serious problem, you may not have the opportunity to do it the next time it happens.

My fellow Android lover, you told me to backup everything, but I never asked you what should I DO if my device behaved like this.
No, you didn't ask me what to DO. I just assumed that maybe you might need some help. I guess I was wrong!

The next time you post something like this... "Please guys help me" and "Thank you a lot!!" ... at least pretend you're grateful when someone attempts to help you... no matter what that help is. To me, a phone is replaceable... more so than lost photos or videos of important events.

I'm outta here!

Yeah? Okay, my data is backed up, and if my phone dies you will be the one who's gonna buy me another one, right? No, of course not, these things aren't ice creams.I can't afford another one, I don't care about the data as much as I care about the phone itself. But, thanks for answering. That's all you could do for me now, no need to reply again.
