<Galaxy Note 3>System software not authorized by Verizon Wireless has been found

After I installed new android operating system on my galaxy note 3, I got this message on black screen.

"System software not authorized by Verizon Wireless...."

So, I went to the Verizon store and the staff said he couldn't do anything with this problem. Only what he can suggest is buying new phone.

When I came home, I found out other users have same problem(I guess only verizon and AT&T users?) and there are some solutions for galaxy 3 or note 2.


So, I tried to press Volume down+home+power.

if I select Volume up, which is continue, the screen change to downloading....(Odin mode....)but, it stuck and don't move.

if I select Volume down, which is restart, Just go back to same message, system software not authorized....

I really need your help, please....

Did you perform an update to existing system software? like an OTA? or did you use something else to install a new operating system? The way your describing it sounds like your rooted your phone and put something on there you shouldnt have. BUT the other info you provided leads me to believe you dont know how to do that.
Odin mode wont move, once you select that you then use Odin to install the OS. Odin is Samsung software that flashes phones.

Take us a few steps back to just prior to you installing new android system.

I don't know what I installed.

I don't know if this is related or not. I used this phone in China with Chinese SIM card.
After I came back to the US, I activated the phone and got pop up message " Install new android operating system....".(I can't remember if it was install or upgrade....)
So, I did it and it was working Ok.
but, 3~4 hours later, I got same message, "install new android operating system..."
so, I did it again and after I did it, this happened...
