Galaxy Note 3: Update Profile & PRL?

For some reason I cannot figure out for the life of me how to update the profile or PRL on this Note 3.

I bought it used and it was originally activated in a different area of the country so my signal hasn't been as strong as I'm used to so I'd like to perform an update to those 2 and see if it helps

Settings >device >system update >update profile/prl doesn't work for you?

Mine has system update under about phone and doesn't have any update profile or PRL options.

Are you with a US carrier? Can you take a screen shot of your device settings?
