Galaxy Note 4 charging very slowly

If I use another charger/cable that is not the one that came with my phone,for example if I use a galaxy S4 charger and cable my galaxy note charges really slowly than when I use the original one
If I were to buy a cable and charger witch one I have to buy?does matter both charger and cable?

Note 4 charger is an adaptive quick 2.0 usb charger. Quick charging on the note4 will only work with a compatible charger.

I recently got a Motorola Turbo Charger and it works. But a s4 charger will not work.
