I don't care about getting the update so i'm okay with this. I do think it's crazy though that they delay the entire update for the .5% of Note 4 owners who have or will buy the Gear VR. Make the 99.5% wait? I'd release it and tell the .5% that their Gear VR just wont work for a bit until it's fixed.

I'm lowering my expectations for the update. My expectation is the Note 5 will be out before the Note 4 gets it. That way, I'll be pleasantly surprised when I get it instead of being disappointed each passing day it doesn't roll out. (There's just a hair of sarcasm in that.)

We should get it around June and it will be the Lollipop 5.1 without the bugs.
Meanwhile my Note 4 is working just fine, I can wait. Be different if Kit Kat was crap and not working properly.

This. Today with bugs or June without? I'll take June if given the choice, no matter if the bugs are big or small. I don't like bugs in my home either.

Totally agree. I'd rather wait for a bit and have a smooth running machine that I'll be satisfied with. I think I'm just going to quit clicking on links that even say "Lollipop update"!!!!
