Galaxy Note 4 <--> Mac Compatibility

Is there any way to have a Mac recognize the Note 4 and mount it as a drive upon connection?

Android File Transfer. It should direct you to download that for mac in the settings of your phone anyhow.

I don't use it personally, I just use SmartSync from Samsung because I like all the extra features and allows me to easily drag or pull stuff from my phone to my computer back and forth really easy. It's worth checking out!
