galaxy note 5 beeping

my note 5 started beeping or more like a double tone about every minute. its driving me insane!!! i have turned off notifications, and everything else i could think of and to no avail, its still doing it! any suggestions??

Are you not getting some kind of notificaiton at the top of the screen when that happens?
When this happens it's usually something trying to sign in like as an example. a google account where the password is wrong, when it tries to sync and the password is wrong it notifies you,

Your S-pen didn't fall out, did it? I know there's a sound when the phone and pen get too far from each other.
