So this morning I ended up waking up late. When I woke up in looked at my phone and it said it was a hr later then what it was and my alarm said I had missed it. After I got up and headed to school the time reverted back to normal time. A few minutes ago I noticed the time was wrong again. So I went in manually and changed the time and turned off auto update on time and settings. And to add to the weirdness my weather channel widget app is showing the time a hr earlier now. Wth?
