Galaxy note 8 data transfer issue

[Android Central Question]

Hello guys,
i have a samsung galaxy note 8. The issue is that if i connect the device to the pc with usb cable, it will start to charge but it can connect to the computer. The smartphone will show continuously connected disconnected.
I tried with different pc,,different cable and resetted the smartphone but the problem still remain.
Someone know how to help me?

Welcome to Android Central! You've already swiped down the notification panel, tapped the USB icon, and made sure MTP (or File Transfer) is selected?

It might be an issue with the phone's USB port. Make sure it's clean -- use a can of compressed air to blow it out, and a small Q-tip dipped in rubbing alcohol to clean the contacts.
