Galaxy Note 8 US model 64gb only?

It's been said that the US model of the Galaxy Note 8 is 64gb only. If that's true, why does the Norton Clean app see 128gb? The existing Samsung data app does say 64gb, but Norton Clean says 128gb. Could it be that Samsung has placed 128gb in the US model but has blocked half of it?

I installed the app and checked it out. Mine also says 128gb, but it also says that 88.3gb are used. So, it just think it's reporting wrong.

I wouldn't worry about because the US models are only 64GB. I think this is a very good reason to dump all these "clean sweep" type apps when they can't even report the phones specs correctly.
