Android Central Question

I have a US Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Verizon phone that came stock with Android 8.0, I used firmware science to download and update to Android 9.0.

These are my specs:
Galaxy Note 9 Snapdragon (US)
Model: SM-N960U
Baseband Ver: N96OUSQU1CSAA [I want to get N960USQS3CSJ1 (update 14)
Hardware version: REV1.1
One UI: 1.0
Android Version: 9 (pie)

During the first months of Android 9.0's release I looked around for any way to update my phone from 8.X to 9.0 to get the newer features. I found a thread here on how to use firmware science to download and put firmware files on an SD card to then update to a new version, this was successful and the responses I got before were incredibly helpful. Since then I have been unable to update my phone from the first version of Android 9.0.

This is what I have tired so far:

1. Use the recovery utility provided by Samsung on the phone to wipe all the data and restart the phone. Obviously this wiped the data which is ok, but still cant update.

2. Use the PC utility provided by Verizon to attempt to connect and update with the included USB. This utility said the firmware was not supported.

3. Reset the phone entirely and erase all the data, then connect to Samsung's Smart Switch PC app and run an update. This states that it is currently up to date.

I know there is some other firmware files out there for note 9 not just from firmware science, however I cant seem to find a download.

Absolutely any help will be appreciated, after I find the answer I will post an update to this thread to give explicit instructions to fix this problem.
