Galaxy notification noise with no actual notification

Before i go complaining to samsung or google I'd like to know why this is happening. Is it something I did or is it because of the software. My phone model is a Galaxy sch-I545 running 4.3 (jellybean)

I started a thread earlier last week. The problem seemed to fix itself after two or three days. However today it started again. Probably around 1 pm.
