Galaxy prevail

I purchased my prevail black friday. No problems until now. Screen freezes, running super slow and taking up to 5 minutes to make a call. Il sit and wait for the screen to change to dial finally the first time it happend I walked away and a couple minutes later it called on its own. Was not cool. Now even if I was trying.to make a call and end up getting one in the process it will stop in the middle of call to dial while the other person sits on hold. Anyone that can help?
