I have the Galaxy S III, are there any way to send a group text and receive their text in one thread?

You should call it "Receiving Responses To Group Texts In One Thread" or something like that....

go to new message, next to Enter recipient there is a picture a a persons head and shoulders, click this, click contacts and the place a tick in the contacts you wish to send the text too.
