galaxy s lll wifi problem

Ok first of all I have AT&T and I have a galaxy s3 I pay for my own wifi for my phone but I can't seem to use the WiFi I have only been able to use my house's wifi how do I get my phone to use the WiFi that I'm payin 4 please help anything will be appreciated

What wifi do you pay for? Just use your house wifi, it's free.

Not sure I am following what you mean buy your comment that " I pay for my own wifi for my phone". Do you mean LTE? You can setup the phone to use your house WiFi but when you leave, you will be using the cellular network and their data (LTE, 3G etc...) to surf the net and get mail.
