On my Galaxy s10, I want to make my notification sound silent; however, when I go to sounds and vibration > notification sounds, the only options it gives me are mp3 songs that I have loaded to my phone and memory card. I don't get any options of default phone sounds or silent, despite my notification sound currently being set to "contact," which is a default sound. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Might be better if a Moderator moved this from the Galaxy s9 Forum to the Galaxy s10 Forum. =)

Welcome to Android Central! So going to Settings, then "Sounds and Vibration," then when you go to "Notification Sound," and complete the action using "Media Storage," and scroll all the way up - you don't see "Silent?"

You can always go to an app like Zedge, and download a "silent" tone to use.

Keep us posted on what happens!
