Galaxy S10 plus has no check for software update option

When I open up settings there is a blue banner that says there is a software update available. When I select it nothing happens and my option in Settings; General has no check for software updates. I've tried a soft reset and cleared the cache on my phone with no success.

No you can retain it if you use Home CSC but there small chance from what I seen with others where you could end up factory reset so I would back them up just in case.
