Since last night my Samsung Galaxy s2 (uscellular) has been restarting itself almost constantly. When it boots back up my battery level is always at 6% when it was in the 90% when it shut off.

Is this a problem with the battery or something bigger? When i put it in download mode or what ever its called (pushing power button and volume down while phone is turned off) my phone stays on so would that mean my battery isnt the problem?

I want to do a system reboot but i cant even back up my phone because it wont stay on long enough.

I believe i am using version 2.1 (wanting to update though)

Thanks!

I would say it's a battery problem. I had the same issue with my S2 (Sprint) and all was fixed with a new battery. Start with a battery replacement since it's the cheapest solution and see if your problem is fixed.

Hello, my problem with the S2 plus is this : he is restarting when I save a contact into my sim or phone. It's not a big issue, but discomforting, since I have this problem sine I bought him 3 months ago. Anyone...help !
