Galaxy S2 plus how to enable usb debugging?

I'm on 4.2.2 and can't find the usb debugging settings. All manuals are for 4.2.1 which have it in the settings menu under developer settings, but that is gone in 4.2.2.
So how to enable usb debugging?
Or how to check if that is enabled?

They hid the menus at some point in Android history. You go to your settings and find your build number, usually under about phone. Tap build number 7 times and developer options should unlock and show in your settings.
