Galaxy S20 - Lock Screen Greyed Out

[Android Central Question]

I am currently unable to unlock my Galaxy S20 - when I go to "swipe to unlock" the keypad for the PIN is greyed out and does not respond to inputs. The "emergency call" button is also greyed out.

Attempting to restart or shut down the phone just takes me back to the lock screen.

The phone was working fine an hour ago.

If your sign into your Samsung account on the phone then try remotely unlocking here

Otherwise factory reset in recovery
