Galaxy S20 (UK version) or OnePlus 8 Pro

I am unable to find the OnePlus 8 Pro in stock anywhere in the UK at the moment and want to know if the Samsung Galaxy S20 (UK version) would be a good alternative. It comes with the Exynos 990 chipset instead of the SD865 as with the US version and also in the OnePlus. Can anyone provide any advice as I’m in a bit of quandary. Thanks

Some people would argue that the Exynos version of the S20 is totally inferior to the snapdragon version. However, people who own the phone seem to like it a lot. I guess it depends on whether or not you can find the OnePlus 8 anywhere and if you want to wait for your upgrade or not. I think both phones have their pros and cons and in the end only you can know what you are willing to accept. The biggest issue with the Exynos version is the decrease in battery life.
