Hi guys, I am shooting jewelry and watches that needs close-up detail better than 1:1. I've been using the S24 Ultra cell camera, then choosing, photo, 1:1 or 3:4 ratio, 200mp, and setting the magnifying (using the slider) get to 5.4 times or larger which then seems to turn on the 110mm lens from the 69mm lens and initiates AI to improve the picture after the shot has been taken.
What I'm looking to do here is in photo or any other app, use the 110mm lens or better, but be able to control the f-stops, shutter speed, and ISO. See an example here of the photos with the 110mm lens:

I've tried using the Expert Raw app, and Pro mode. They are not letting me switch to a 110 or greater mm lens concept. So, I am forced to use the photo mode in the camera and place the tripod 3'-4' from the subject, and increase (using the slider) the magnification setting to go above 5.4 times to get the 110mm lens to be used in the shot. The result between 69mm and 110 mm is a 50% increase in highlights and resolution using that 110mm lens. Any suggestions?
