Galaxy S3 charging problems after 4.3 update

Hi all im new to the forum .My issue is my s3 charges painfully slow after the 4.3 update done a factory reset tried new chargers and usb cables to no avail but iv discovered the only way possible to charge the phone anyway fast at all is using my usb cable in my ps4 .Anyone any ideas what is going on .Thanks .....

You could try reloading the firmware from scratch using Kies or Odin.
